Shipping Policy
At Magadh Recipe, we work hard to ensure that your favorite pickles and products are delivered to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Domestic Shipping
- All orders are delivered within 6–8 business days.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–6 business hours of being placed.
- We ship 7 days a week, including weekends.
- Products will be delivered in 7 – 10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹799: Shipping charge of ₹99.
- Orders ₹800 and above: Free Shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- You can also track your order anytime using your phone number and order number on our tracking page.
Damages & Replacements
We take every measure to ensure safe delivery. However, if you receive any damaged cartons or jars:
- Please take a clear photo of the damaged package.
- Report it to us via our website or customer support.
- If your replacement request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement within 2 business days.
Delivery Delays
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed in such cases.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer standard international shipping.
- However, if you would like to place an international order, please contact us through our website, and we’ll check if we can accommodate your request.
